Shipping & Returns

At Ground Control Electronics, we stock every product we sell. Most orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 business hours.

Shipping Information

  • Carriers: We utilize a variety of major shipping carriers to provide the most efficient delivery.

  • PO Boxes & Rural Areas: For all PO Box addresses and designated rural locations, we exclusively use Canada Post.

  • Billing & Shipping: To ensure smooth processing, we recommend using the same address for both billing and shipping. Orders with different addresses may be subject to a brief verification delay.

  • Shortages & Damages: Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Any shortages or shipping damages must be reported to the carrier and Ground Control Electronics within 5 days of delivery.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To maintain the quality of our inventory and cover processing costs, the following terms apply:

  • Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in new, ready-to-sell condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included.

  • RMA Requirement: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is strictly required for all returns. Please contact us to obtain an RMA before shipping your item back. Packages sent without a visible RMA number will be rejected.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item is packed securely.

Defective Items & Warranty

  • 30-Day Exchange: If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it with the same model.

  • Technical Support: We strongly encourage you to fully troubleshoot the device or contact the manufacturer’s support forums before requesting a return, as many issues are software-related.

  • Testing Policy: If a unit is returned as defective but is found to be in full working order upon inspection, it will be processed as a standard return. A 15% restocking fee will be applied, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

  • Manufacturer Warranty: After the initial 30-day exchange period, all warranty service is provided directly by the manufacturer.

Payment & Security

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Interac e-Transfer.

  • Cancellations: Orders cancelled after they have been shipped are subject to all associated shipping and handling charges.

  • Billing Disputes: If you have a concern regarding a charge on your statement, please contact us directly before reaching out to your bank. This allows us to resolve misunderstandings quickly.
